Professional Employment Network (PEN) is a unique job-placement network program modeled after career counseling and headhunting programs. PEN seeks to assist individuals who have been downsized, laid-off and have difficulty re-entering the workforce. It provides candidates access to resources and opportunities that enhance, sharpen and leverage their marketable skills. Currently, we offer the following programs:

The Green Job Training Partnership Program is funded by a grant through the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development to prepare qualified candidates in Central Jersey for training in the green industry. The program offers life skills and job readiness, literacy skills and industry-specific training.

Bridge Builders English as a Second Language (ESL) is designed to engage and teach the adult Latino population how to function effectively outside the spectrum of their common environment (Spanish-speaking). The program provides workshop sessions on Life Skill Essentials and language using an Activity of Daily Lives (ADL) format that relates ESL to the work place, and teaches English as a lifestyle.
Fabricando Puentes es un programa de Ingles Como Segunda Lengua. Completamente GRATIS, este curso es diseñado específicamente para el adulto que quiere aprender Ingles. El curso es conducido completamente en Inglés bajo la dirección de una profesora latina. La conversación y el intercambio de información sobre nuestra vida cotidiana tomaran parte de este curso.
